Standard bundles include remote support. Onsite support is available on request, billed at a separate hourly rate depending on location and scheduling.
5. Do you support servers or on‑prem environments?
We do not support or manage physical on‑prem servers. However, we do fully support Azure virtual machines (Azure VM servers), including:

However, any changes — such as reducing users, adding new staff, or removing licenses — must be communicated to us at least 9 days before the next billing cycle.
