1. Are Microsoft 365 licenses included in every bundle?

Yes. All pricing bundles include Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing for each user.

Backup is included. Every user gets AvePoint M365 Cloud Backup covering Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams — no add‑on required.

Yes. We offer simple month‑to‑month terms, with an optional 12‑month agreement for organizations that prefer predictable long‑term pricing.

Standard bundles include remote support. Onsite support is available on request, billed at a separate hourly rate depending on location and scheduling.

We do not support or manage physical on‑prem servers. However, we do fully support Azure virtual machines (Azure VM servers), including:

However, any changes — such as reducing users, adding new staff, or removing licenses — must be communicated to us at least 9 days before the next billing cycle.
